Shopigent Returns — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By installing or using Shopigent Returns ("the App") you agree to these Terms. The App is provided as-is, without warranty, for use with your Shopify store.
2. Plans and billing
The App offers Free, Growth, and Pro plans. Plan limits (e.g. returns per month, available features) are enforced as described in the App and on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing API; cancelling reverts the store to the Free plan. We do not store card details.
3. AI agent decisions
The App uses an AI agent to analyze, approve, deny, and refund returns based on your configured policies. You are responsible for:
- Setting appropriate policies for your store
- Reviewing flagged returns
- Monitoring the agent's decision log
- Ensuring the agent's actions comply with your own store policies and applicable law
4. Use of data
The App accesses your Shopify store data (orders, products, customers, fulfillments) to process returns. Data is stored in your Railway Postgres database. The AI agent executes refunds and generates labels through the providers you configure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or the rights of others. We may suspend access for abuse or suspicious activity.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greek Nous is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to incorrect AI decisions, improper refunds, or label generation errors.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate use by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it by law.
